There are some changes in the local world of Brazilian all-you-can-eat steak. Yolie’s Brazilian Steakhouse has been replaced by Porcão Churrascaria at The Park at 3900 retail center on Paradise. The changeover appears in such a soft mode, Porcão advertises the switch with an old photograph updated with a hastily Photoshopped sign.
Creating some confusion, Yolie's still has an online presence and Porcão Churrascaria's listed phone number belongs to yet another rodizio-style restaurant, Bertolucci Brazilian Steakhouse in Henderson.
Yolie's debuted in 1987, laying claim to being Las Vegas' "original Brazilian Steakhouse." When the dust settles, Porcão promises an "ultimate all-you-can eat dining experience" with a salad bar and less traditional Brazilian dishes like lasagna, chicken marsala and stroganoff.
