Fiesta Filipina Cuisine To Create 3rd Home for Lutong Pampanga

Fiesta Filipina Cuisine is expanding beyond its westside and Henderson locations and will be moving into a 2,622-square-foot space at the Desert Marketplace retail center, anchored by a Glazier’s grocery store.

Fiesta Filipina likes to promote its authentic flavors and calls itself home to "your favorite lutong Pampanga." Their 3310 S. Jones Blvd. and 2980 St. Rose Pkwy. very casual locations serve dishes prepared in the style of the region, like crispy pata, dinguan, porka adobo, lumpiang Shnghai and banana rolls and halo-halo for dessert.

Menu choices are picked turo-turo style by their pointing guests and then paid for at the end of the counter line. Both locales are open from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily.

The new location just started the construction permit process.
