That means sous chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, cashiers, servers, and baristas.
As noted yesterday, the Eggslut at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas won't be constrained by the same 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. schedule as the original restaurant in L.A.; as such, late nights and weekends are required for all positions. So dust off those resumes and practice recommending the Slut with a straight face.
