RED ROCK RESORT — Chef Alex Stratta of Tapas by Alex Stratta created a Spanish and Mexican taco for Mercadito for the restaurant’s national Tacos for Strength campaign. Guests can order the charred octopus taco during dinner for $4 per taco and a percentage of the proceeds will benefit Share Our Strength and its programs to fight childhood hunger. The taco uses brined and charred octopus with sweet chile salsa and savory cabbage, fennel and citrus slaw.
