It’s Friday, so already you’re probably thinking, where should I eat this weekend? When you’ve already sampled everything on the Eater 38 and plowed your way through the Eater Heatmap with its 25 hottest restaurant in Las Vegas right now, look no further than this list spotlighting restaurants in different neighborhoods. Maybe you want brunch (which you can find listed here). Some recommendations specify dinner, while others offer up late-night dining options. Breakfast hankering? Covered. Here now, five places to put on your weekend agenda in Summerlin.

Breakfast at MTO Cafe

Yes, this second location of MTO Cafe serves lunch and dinner, but head here for breakfast and order the Kentucky fried chicken with eggs, mash browns and country gravy; the bacon dippers with peppercorn maple syrup; and the hangover burger with bacon, fried egg, Tillamook cheddar, lettuce and special sauce. Sit inside at the community table or out on the patio.
