Carbone, the pricey Italian restaurant from Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick out of New York City, brings its captained dishes to Aria, and now, here’s a look at the entire menu.

This restaurant with locations in Greenwich Village and Hong Kong takes a turn for luxury with its fine-dining approach to the menu. Captains wearing Zac Posen-designed attire bring the spectacle to dining with dishes served up table side.

Try Carbone’s famous spicy rigatoni vodka, veal parmesan, lobster fra diavolo and meatballs or one of the seasonably changing dishes. The menu will continue to evolve and introduce dishes entirely exclusive to the Las Vegas location.

Below, take a look at the menu.
