RED ROCK RESORT — This November, if you've been curious about the upgraded dining options at the Red Rock Resort and fancy a cheap way to dine around the casino floor, a selection of introductory small plates and cocktails have been created to entice you to seven of their restaurants.
Priced between $5 and $14, at each of the restaurant's bars from Monday to Friday between 5p.m. and 7 p.m. you can try cocktails like The Red Rock, made with vermouth, rosemary infused syrup, gran mariner and Bulleit Rye Whiskey over an infused ice ball at T-Bones, or visit the newest resort resident, Salute Trattoria Italiana, offering pizza, chicken picatta and linguini pomodoro for $13 each.
