Major changes are coming out of Alex Stratta’s world. The chef tells Eater Vegas that he is moving Tapas by Alex Stratta out of Las Vegas, but doesn’t hint at where the concept will land.
That means the Tivoli Village restaurant will shutter after opening in April at the shopping center. Stratta previously had that more casual Stratta and high-end Alex at Wynn Las Vegas, the latter a Michelin-bedecked restaurant with a Hello Dolly staircase down to the decadent space.
At the same time, Stratta says that his restaurant at Tivoli Village will change into "something more approachable to the surrounding demographic, hope they will come give it a try."
Rumors point to a new restaurant dubbed Salt & Pepper with a Southern comfort feel.
Developing.
