FYI’s food competition series Late Nite Chef Fight returns for a second season with all-new challenges on Thursday, Oct. 15. Las Vegas-based chefs head to food trucks to cook during eight one-hour episodes filmed at the Palms.

The series, based on the Back of the House Brawl that used to take place at Tommy Rocker’s, features two Vegas-based chefs battling in three rounds of cooking competitions. The winner takes home takes home bragging rights instead of the PBR pony keg trophy.

Laila Ali, a self-proclaimed cooking enthusiast and four-time world champion boxer, and chef and restaurateur Vic "Vegas" Moea return as hosts.

Rotating guest judges include Spike Mendelsohn, Casey Lane, Russell Jackson and Aida Mollenkamp.

New this season, the judges head into the food trucks to see if they, too, can cook on a food truck.
