Once due for an August debut, Bella Vita is now promising it will begin serving its "obsessive Italian cuisine" on Oct. 12 at The District at Green Valley Ranch.
Located between Jos. A. Bank and Ben & Jerry's, the bright and airy space was originally planned to host an expansion of Luna Rossa Ristorante.
Chef Marco D'agati, who has worked for London's Provençal bistro-inspired Aubaine chain, is behind a menu offering "a healthy and historic approach to authentic yet modern preparations."
The bar and lounge concept aims to serve families and cultivate a local audience, but also hints, "as night falls, craft cocktails and eclectic sounds pave the path to evenings we’ll never forget."
