Pawn Star fans, you now have a second place to run into the stars of show on the History Channel. Rick’s Rollin Smoke BBQ & Tavern debuted at Pawn Plaza, the container park home to restaurants, bars and shops just south of the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, where the series is filmed.
Downstairs, Rick Harrison teamed up with Rollin Smoke BBQ to open a smaller version of the original on Highland Avenue. The limited menu here includes many favorites, including the Biggin Sandwich, Old Man Holland’s favorite, as well as hand-rubbed and hickory-smoked chicken and ribs. Homemade sides, including momma’s bacon potato salad, are also served.
A large array of beverages will be available including two locally brewed craft beers.
The upstairs tavern features "hand crafted cocktails cleverly named to reflect the southern upbringing of the owners." Sixteen beers are on tap.

Harrison told fans on Facebook that he would be bartending tonight from 8 p.m. to midnight following the grand opening.
Finger foods, not available at the original Rollin Smoke, will also be served upstairs through a dumb waiter system connecting the restaurant to the tavern.
