Alex Stratta Unveils Salt & Pepper on Saturday Night

Alex Stratta officially scraps his tapas concept at Tivoli Village and converts it into Salt & Pepper starting Saturday night.

Stratta calls this new iteration a Southern comfort bar and grill with Louis Kirkland, formerly of DB Brasserie, Marche Bacchus and Stratta’s Alex at Wynn Las Vegas, heading up the kitchen "with his extensive background in Southern style cooking," Stratta tells Eater Vegas.

"Although Tapas did well, I found that the concept's appeal didn't quite fit our demographic, both in style and pricing," Stratta says. "I'm really excited for the team and an opportunity to get Louis the exposure he deserves and bring his cooking to Tivoli."

Expect lunch and dinner seven days a week.
