More info came out on the new brunch at Andiron Steak & Sea that launches on Sunday at Downtown Summerlin from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Now on board, Jeffrey Mauro, the chef and owner of Chicago’s breakfast and lunch restaurant Jam, which was recently awarded its fourth consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand.
The a la carte menu starts with a plate of doughnuts for every guest. Look for grilled cheese cranberry and brie with green apple on whole wheat, “the classic” gruyere and gouda on brioche, and manchego, Iberico ham and pepperade on rustic bread; the Andiron hash skillet cooked in cast iron over the restaurant’s wood-burning grill and filled with braised short rib, fingerling potatoes, crispy Brussels sprouts, Cipollini onions and topped with two poached eggs. Afterward, stop at the dessert table full of candy, house made pastries and baked goods.
Head to the bottomless bubbles section of the menu that features three all-you-can-drink sparkling options including endless Champagne cocktails such as The Classic Mimosa, White Peach Bellini and Grapefruit & Sage Fizz for $19, as well as unlimited Camp Viejo Cava for $29, and a $49 option of bottomless Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut.
A bloody Mary bar features build-your-own bloody Mary or Maria set up with unlimited trips to the bar for $22 and a variety of toppings, garnishes, add-ins and sauces.
Guests can also order Andiron’s cocktails such as the 50 Shades of Earl Grey, Pineapple Bump and Stubborn as a Mule.
