Carlito's Burritos has been prepping a move into Henderson for months, but they now have a timetable for their brief shutter and reopening. And on arrival, the New Mexican restaurant will simultaneously launch a second concept in the space right next door, bringing their twist on "Santa Maria BBQ" to Las Vegas.

Almost ready to begin serving behind the Joe's Crab Shack at the Green Valley Town Center, Carlito's will transfer over their popular menu, including favorites such as tamales, stuffed sopapillas and Frito pie.

In the adjacent property they will also debut Live Fire Q in the former Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza & Grill space, serving "Central Coast, CA style BBQ," cooked on an open wood pit. Ready to be fired up, a menu of "beef tri-tip, chicken, sausage, and more." Carlito's has been road testing the menu during weekend barbecue special events.

Carlito's last day of business on Patrick Lane will be Wednesday, Nov. 25, with both restaurants debuting on Nov. 27 or 28.
