The tiny 300-square-foot Luke’s Lobster sitting on the plaza at Fashion Show mall packs in a seaside vibe. Reclaimed Maine barn wood and salvaged nautical gear, including owner Luke Holden’s own buoys from his time as a commercial fisherman, take guests away from Las Vegas and into the seaside Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Step up the the chalkboard menu to see the seafood offered in that moment and where it was caught. Then head out to the al fresco seating overlooking Las Vegas Boulevard and chow down on chowders, lobster rolls and more.
