On Monday, Nov. 16, Eater will present the 2015 Eater Awards, our sixth annual celebration of all that's made the Las Vegas restaurant world run — and run wild — in the past 12 months. Winners will be selected on both the local and national levels in five major categories, and the voting begins right now. First up: Restaurant of the Year. Cast your vote for this year’s top restaurant below.
Andiron Steak & Sea provided Downtown Summerlin with a reliable steakhouse that has become a go-to for the chichi crowds. Bardot Brasserie brought Michael Mina's interpretation of a French brasserie to Aria. Lago by Julian Serrano gave Bellagio not only the best view of its dancing fountains, but entertaining cocktails and dishes. Rivea is Alain Ducasse's revamped Mix with Mediterranean fare at the top of the Delano. Yardbird Southern Table & Bar gave the Venetian a much-needed casual approach to chicken dinners and Southern fare.
Here's how the voting works: Eater editors have named nominees in Las Vegas for each of five major categories. Eater readers will vote, narrowing the nominees to three finalists. From those three finalists, the Eater editorial team will select a winner. Ready to play your part? This poll will be open for 24 hours; voting irregularities will be strictly policed.
