Former executive pastry chef at Red Rock Resort Jaret Blinn debuted his breakfast and lunch spot CraftKitchen last week with a menu of crustless quiches of the day, red velvet pancakes, pulled turkey bennys and short rib hash. And that’s just for breakfast. On the lunch side of the menu find chorizo Shepherd’s pie, a loaded roast beef sandwich, Croque Monsieur panini and a flatbread of the day.
Boulder City-based Colorado River Coffee Roasters company beans make the menu along with Evocation Saison and Resinate IPA beer from locals CraftHaus Brewery.
The bakery side of the menu features “grandmother approved” baked goods “with whole, fresh ingredients you can actually pronounce.”
