Taking over the long-shuttered Coconuts Beach Bar & Mexican Grill on the upper level at Town Square, Neche Restaurant & Ultra Lounge is promising something different for your "social scene" and a newly announced December opening date.
The 9,184-square-foot space has been remodeled with new panoramic doors, TVs, sound system and center island bar. With room for a maximum of a 391 inside, Neche aims to keep you entertained from lunch until very late with daily entertainment from musicians, bands and deejays.
On the menu, find all-natural, organic, and non-GMO ingredients and "seasonal produce, exotic meats, and wild caught sustainable seafood." A focus will placed on serving guests following a "vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose intolerance and The Paleo Diet."
The philosophy even extends to the beverage program, which will offer "'Paleo' friendly ciders and gluten free spirits." The house specialty drinks will be based around "small batch and artisan spirits, micro brews, and unique wines."
Projected opening hours for lunch will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, with dinner from 4 to 10 p.m. and later until 11 p.m on Friday and Saturday. With a happy hour every day from 3 to 7 p.m., there will also be a weekend extended brunch from 10.30 a.m. until 4 p.m. The nightlife scene will then stretch until 2 a.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and until 3.30 a.m the rest of the week.
