Pieology Pizzeria, a leader in the "build-your-own" pie in five minutes movement, will add a third local location in North Las Vegas. They are already heating up the ovens to 800 degrees at Downtown Summerlin and the Hughes Center.
The latest spot will be in a retail center at the corner of Craig and Losee, across from the Cannery Casino & Hotel and close to Sakura Teriyaki & Sushi. Co-created by the family of tennis champion Michael Chang, the brand is the fastest growing chain in America.
Pieology's "kustom" pizza concept is built around individual 11-and-a-half-inch pizzas, with a guest chosen crust and sauce and topped with a choice of more than 30 ingredients. The new location is touted as "coming soon."
The site is eight miles from rivals Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza, which opened a North Las Vegas branch earlier this year as part their own mission to create a strong local presence. Blaze is the No. 2 fastest growing national chain.
