Now you can dine on Hong Kong dishes at the new Hong Kong Cafe at the Palazzo. The restaurant from Paiza Club chef Simon To takes over the former Zine Noodles Dim Sum with a fusion of Asian cuisine and Western fare in a cafe setting.

Expect to find Western-inspired dishes often found in Hong Kong cafes such as ham and egg sandwiches, "Hong Kong" spaghetti and French toast. A Macau-style crispy pork chop sandwich, curry beef stew with steamed white rice, Hong Kong-style French toast, oven baked spaghetti with black truffle and chicken and a pineapple bun with iced butter show off some of the Hong Kong flair on the menu.

Cantonese, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Szechuan and other Asian cooking styles also find their way on the menu. Old favorites from Zine such as baked Chilean sea bass, pepper-crusted beef tenderloin with golden garlic flakes, king seafood noodle soup, abalone, chicken congee and the Macau-style roasted pork belly return as well.

Chef To has 35 years of experience cooking Asian cuisine. Originally from Hong Kong, he specializes in Canton and Szechwan styles and is considered a dim sum master.
