Ricardo Romo left his post as executive chef of Itsy Bitsy Ramen & Whisky, Eater Vegas has learned. The restaurant at The Ogden opened in April. Romo apparently moved on to a new, undisclosed project.
Romo first worked with Itsy Bitsy’s owner Corner Bar Management at Whist Stove & Spirits and Due & Proper, which opened last year at The District at Green Valley Ranch. He worked at Michael Mina’s Seablue formerly at the MGM Grand and then STK at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas before that.
No word on who is taking over the kitchen at Itsy Bitsy.
