Suncoast just upgraded their Oyster Bar with a "bistro-like" concept they've dubbed Brigg's Oyster Co.
The 15-year-old bar has been upgraded with a brand new, modern white interior, nautical art on the walls and a trimmed down menu, they still maintain their very popular raw bar and concentrate on "steamers, pan roasts, shooters" alongside dishes like their new $20 Bistro Steak" created with "rich brown wine and mushroom sauce, served over bistro steaks, creamy mashed potatoes and seasoned green beans."
Daily opening hours are 4:30 to 10 p.m. and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
