While the world awaits the arrival of the first western outpost of Wahlburgers, other dining changes at the the Strip's Grand Bazaar Shops indicate it's not just retail vendors who are quick to shut their doors. Among the many empty spaces at the outdoor mall located in front of Bally's Las Vegas, locals Tipsy Truffles have now shuttered their kiosk offering alcohol-infused truffle cakes.
Also closed, Del's Frozen Lemonade, a Rhode Island transplant known for their frozen lemonade and a Vegas menu that included lobster rolls and New England clam chowder. Del's perhaps suffered by the lack of seating and cooling for guests, an ongoing issue for most of the smaller food sellers.

One new company has not been deterred by the obvious vacant storefronts and Pisa Pizza promises it will be opening soon. Located between Ramen-Ya and Marash Turkish Ice Cream, Pisa Pizza will serve flatbread pizza with toppings like meatballs, bacon or olives and sides of nachos and funnel fries. Opening hours will be 10 a.m to 10 p.m and until 11 p.m on Friday and Saturday.
Also on their way, the long scheduled arrival of Island Time Floats, who will soon be launching a Tiki bar and a menu based around their Dole Whip soft serve creations.
