Address: Caesars Palace, 3570 Las Vegas Blvd. S.
Status: Open Sundays through Thursdays from 5 to 10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturday until 10:30 p.m.
The day has finally come when Las Vegas has a Mr Chow to call its very own. Enter this Beijing restaurant now open at Caesars Palace through a modern and classic entrance in chic black and white. Find a champagne arrival at the elevators, a first at one of the seven Mr Chow locations worldwide, that take guests up to the second floor with a view overlooking the Garden of the Gods.
Guests first note the suspended centerpiece kinetic sculpture that moves and changes colors, another first for Mr Chow. The dining room with space for 250 features a terrace overlooking the pools and four private dining rooms that can seat 50 each.
Dine on Beijing duck, chicken satay, green prawns and hand-pulled Mr Chow noodles, all served family style.
Didn’t get enough champagne at the entrance? Don’t worry. A champagne trolley wheels around the dining room.
Right now, the restaurant is only taking walk ins, but reservations start on Saturday, Dec. 19.
