Taste Celebrity Chef Dishes at Bacchanal Buffet and Celebrate Repeal Day at Skyfall

CAESARS PALACE — Bacchanal Buffet now has the Taste of the Culinary Empire through Dec. 20 with dishes from some of the celebrity chefs also found at the resort. Look for shouty chef Gordon Ramsay’s Yorkshire ale batter fish and chips from Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, macarons from French pastry chef Francois Payard at Payard Patisserie & Bistro, lobster mac and cheese from New York City’s Old Homestead Steakhouse, and Italian restaurant out of New York City Rao’s famous chicken scarpariello with hot and sweet cherry peppers, yellow and red bell peppers, oregano and white wine sauce. DELANO — Alain Ducasse’s new Skyfall Lounge celebrates the end of Prohibition on Saturday, Dec. 5, with a Repeal Day party from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Proprietors LLC, who created the mixology program here, created six classic cocktails, a punch fountain and large-format cocktails.
