Get ready for MGM Resorts’ Las Vegas Arena to start announcing new tenants for its April debut. First up, Hyde Lounge from Los Angeles-based SBE plans to bring an 18,000-square-foot nightclub to the arena that anchors The Park between the Monte Carlo and New York-New York.

The lounge sits at the top of the arena, sitting on two platforms. Dakota Development and DesignAgency are building out the space that plans to feature bottle service, couches, deejays, VIP elevator access, food and skyline views of the Strip.

Hyde already has a nightclub at the Bellagio with views of the Fountains at Bellagio. SBE has nightclubs and restaurants at SLS Las Vegas as well as in front of the Monte Carlo.
The Las Vegas Arena plans to open in April with country star George Strait kicking off a residency there. Already country singer Garth Brooks has announced dates in July at the 20,000-seat venue.
