PALAZZO — Emeril Lagasse's Table 10 now has a snack bar at the eight-seat food bar. Chef de cuisine James Richards creates this menu that changes daily. Look for dishes such as lobster truffle turnovers, duck fat popcorn and roasted marrow bone, all found on a chalkboard menu, but once they’re gone, they’re off the menu. Prices range from $5 to $20, and the menu is available daily starting at 5 p.m. [EaterWire]

MANDALAY PLACE — Rí Rá now serves a traditional afternoon tea menu featuring a variety of leaf teas, finger sandwiches, homemade scones and decadent desserts daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The $22 per person tea includes six finger sandwiches, two fruit scones, four desserts and a pot of tea for two. For teas, find Barrys Tea Gold loose leaf, decaf breakfast full leaf, Republic Darjeeling black full leaf, Earl Grey black full leaf, organic Assam breakfast black leaf, Wuyi Oolong full leaf, chamomile lemon herbal full leaf and The People’s green full leaf. Champagne tea is also available and features an afternoon tea meal followed by a glass of champagne for $30 per person. Also available, cream tea, a scone with cream and Irish preserve served alongside a tea of their choice for only $8. Local Friday lunch discounts are not available for the afternoon tea menu.
