PALAZZO — Emeril Lagasse's Table 10 now has a snack bar at the eight-seat food bar. Chef de cuisine James Richards creates this menu that changes daily. Look for dishes such as lobster truffle turnovers, duck fat popcorn and roasted marrow bone, all found on a chalkboard menu, but once they’re gone, they’re off the menu. Prices range from $5 to $20, and the menu is available daily starting at 5 p.m. [EaterWire]
