Marc Sgrizzi keeps reinventing himself in Las Vegas. His latest venture brings Chef Marc’s Trattoria, an "authentic Tuscan-style restaurant," to the west side.

Sgrizzi came to Las Vegas in 2000, opening Marc’s Italian Steak House at Lake Mead Boulevard and Tenaya Way. He sold that restaurant, which led to Mezzo on North Rancho Drive and then Parma by Chef Marc on Washington Avenue and Buffalo Drive, a restaurant he closed in July after he decided not to renew his lease. He even opened three Novecento pizzeria locations in Centennial, Henderson and Spring Valley, which he sold in September. Now his latest restaurant brings more of his Italian dishes.

Look for a portion of the menu that includes "dishes the neighborhood cannot do without," such as an eggplant parmesan, cheese manicotti, meat ravioli, wild mushroom ravioli, pappardelle alfredo, chicken riggies, chicken parmesan and gnocchi Bolognese Tuscan style.

Go ahead, take a look inside.
