A new coffee shop is scheduled to arrive in Henderson in late January, promising "serious espresso drinks, nitrogen brew coffee and personal pour overs." Bad Owl Coffee will also feature a menu of pastries, waffles, sandwiches and desserts.
Located a few doors down from a Pei Wei Asian Diner at the Eastern Commons Retail Center, Bad Owl will occupy 1,400 square feet inside a former jewelry store and tanning salon.
On the menu, a full range of beverage choices including teas and lavender, Spanish, Biscoff and butterbeer lattes. Nitrogen brewed iced coffee will join the Kyoto, a 'traditional Japanese iced coffee, brewed for over 16 hours."
Sandwiches will include walnut chicken and a grilled cheese, plus waffles, muffins and honey brick toast will join lavender and cookie butter cheesecake.
Opening hours are expected to be 7 a.m to 10 p.m and until 11 p.m on Friday and Saturday.
