Guests can order the four-course menu during lunch and dinner hours. Start with a beef tenderloin tartare with shallots, capers, mustard, ketchup and truffle potato chips; three hand selected oysters with lemon wedge, mignonette and fresh horseradish; Snake River Farms American Kobe slider with cheddar cheese and iceberg lettuce; or crispy fried Baja California prawn with pesto aioli. The third course choices include free range chicken paillard with crispy potato and watercress, preserved lemon and caper jus; pan-seared Scottish salmon with beluga lentils, carrots and sauce bordelaise; lobster mac and cheese with fresh Maine lobster, parmesan cheese, blue cheese, Emmental cheese, gruyere cheese and cream sauce; or grilled petite filet mignon with potato galette, asparagus, baby carrots and sauce Bordelaise.
