Every day is Christmas at Rao’s, the southern Italian restaurant at Caesars Palace. Back at the original 10-table restaurant in Harlem, some wiseacre got the idea that Christmas shouldn’t just be during December. So since 1986, the restaurant kept the decorations up all year round. When Rao’s opened at Caesars Palace in 1996, the Pellegrino family kept the Christmas decor along with two dining rooms with 10 tables each. Here, Eater Vegas photographer Amelinda B Lee captures the scene on a Friday night at 6:30 p.m.
