Mercadito OUT at Red Rock Resort, Libre IN

Clique Hospitality confirms the earlier rumor that it will take over Mercadito at Red Rock Resort next February. The restaurant and bar management group from partners Andy Masi, Brian Massie and Shane Monaco plans to rename the restaurant between its Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar and Salute Trattoria Italiana at the resort Libre.

Libre, Spanish for free, will get a little makeover and revamped menu from Massie as well. The Mercadito name remains until an official grand opening in 2016.
