Earlier, Clique Hospitality announced it was taking over management of Mercadito at Red Rock Resort and converting it into Libre in 2016. But also on the agenda, two new restaurants at Green Valley Ranch. Bottiglia, an Italian restaurant, and Borracha, a Mexican eatery, debut in April and May 2016, respectively.
Alessandro Munge of Munge Studios is in charge of the design of the two Green Valley Ranch restaurants. Borracha, Spanish for drunk woman, will serve Mexican fare, while Bottiglia, a loose Italian translation for bottle, will offer up rustic Italian fare with wines.
Originally, Mercadito planned to open in the former Terra Verde space and bring along Tippling Hall to boot.
