André Rochat celebrates his 35th year in Las Vegas with a one-night-only event featuring 16 chefs and a decadent menu. On Sunday, March 29, head to André’s at the Monte Carlo for a dinner prepared by chefs who worked with Rochat during his time in Las Vegas.

Each guest chef has gone on to create kitchens and restaurants of his or her own.
