Sami Ladeki of Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza fame does it again, opening his newest restaurant in Las Vegas today. Table 89 is a fast-casual dining experience with a name that’s a tip of the hat to Ladeki’s first restaurant, which opened in 1989. Small plates, soups, sandwiches, entrees, salads, pizzas, pastas and desserts all make the menu of this counter service restaurant in Centennial Hills.

Corporate executive chef Jeff Moogk says, “We wanted to create the type of food where families could stop in and order healthy meals on-the-go. We’ve worked in this business a long time and feel like this is something diners are looking for in our busy world.”

Diners order and pay at the counter and then either take food to-go or grab a number and dine at the restaurant.
