A fourth case of measles in Las Vegas was confirmed on Tuesday, and this time the employee works in a restaurant. An ”under-immunized adult” who works at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House at the MGM Grand has the highly contagious disease, the first confirmed cases in the Clark County since 2011.

The Southern Nevada Health District advises that anyone who dined at the restaurant after 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 4, and on Saturday, Feb. 7, should review their immunization status and contact their health care providers if they are not fully immunized against measles and have not already had the disease. Symptoms include high fever, runny nose, coughing, watery red eyes, and/or a rash. For a good primer on the measles, head over to Vox.
