Andre Rochat continues his 35th anniversary celebration with a seven-course wine dinner with Cast Wines' co-founders John and Jacklyn Miller at Andre's Restaurant & Lounge at the Monte Carlo on Thursday, Feb. 19.

The dinner includes tray-passed hors d’oeuvres including foie gras Napoleon with puff pastry and huckleberry jam, tuna tartar on taro root chip with ponzu crème and sweet potato croquette with spiced Vidalia onion sauce paired with NV Blanc de Noirs.
Then comes smoked salmon paired with 2013 Sauvignon Blanc Rogers Vineyard, Dry Creek Valley, kabocha squash risotto paired with 2012 Pinot Noir Don Miguel Vineyard, Russian River Valley, oven-roasted quail paired with 2012 Zinfandel Grey Palm Estate Vineyard, Dry Creek Valley, grilled cervena venison chop paired with 2012 Old Vine Zinfandel Watson Vineyard, Dry Creek Valley, and a gruyere cheese soufflé paired with 2012 Petite Sirah Grey Palm Estate Vineyard, Dry Creek Valley.
For dessert, hand-crafted chocolates.
