Pinches Tacos finally confirms Eater Vegas’ Jan. 23 news that the Los Angeles-based Mexican restaurant was headed to the Gramercy.
The second Las Vegas outpost will become the largest location for Pinches and bring its first full bar this summer.
This location will take up 3,600 square feet filled with Dia de los Muertos art and service at a counter that looks like a taco truck. Look for revamped and refurbished furniture as well as tire-based tables made of pallet wood and metal canned plants. A fence divides the dining and bar area, port-o-potty doors serve as restroom entrances and large light bulbs offer a pseudo outdoor dining experience.
The Anaya family created this restaurant back in 2007 in L.A., where it became a favorite of celebrities. The street taco-style chain now has four locations, including one at the Downtown Container Park.
