Honey Salt's Farm Table dinner series continues in March, with a new, one-off, special menu from chef de cuisine Brett Uniss, inspired by St. Patrick's Day. The four course meal combines locally sourced products with the chef's personal twist on an Irish theme.
The March 16 dinner is priced at $45 per person, with a beverage pairing available for an additional $27. Tax and gratuity are not included. Tickets to these very popular events must be purchased in advance by calling 702-445-6100.

"Get Comfortable": Beet Salad; roasted and pickled beets, oatmeal crisp, cashel blue cheese, sorrel. (Paired with Blarney Stone with Bushmills.)
"Family Favorites" (Family Style): Braised Lamb Shanks; guinness glaze, boiled vegetables, roasted potatoes. (Paired with Guinness Stout.)
"Sweet Finish": Oatmeal Cream Pudding; spiced chantilly and hard caramel. (Paired with Baileys Irish Coffee.)
