First up, Classic Jewel, a bar unveiled exclusively revealed by Eater Vegas. The bar plans to have a 1950s theme with cocktails named after cars and entertainers. The 1,052-square-foot lounge plans to be open seven days a week, from 4 p.m to midnight and until 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

District One Kitchen & Bar executive chef Khai Vu is behind the new Le Phõ, focusing on Vietnamese cuisine.

Healthy cafe Greens & Proteins Healthy Kitchen brings its third location to the Juhl. Find sandwiches and wraps, pizzas, burgers, vegan, raw and vegetarian-friendly meals, smoothies, juices, and a full HCG diet menu.
