The Yusho Sake Bomb World Record Attempt and New Dishes at Martorano's and Rao's

MONTE CARLOYusho attempts to break the record for the world’s largest sake bomb train on Thursday, Feb. 26, beginning at 7 p.m. The current record holder is Mobo Sushi in Santa Cruz, Calif., with a 167 sake bomb train. RIO — Martorano’s has a new Italian American dinner every Sunday evening starting this weekend. The $38 special includes a salad, Sunday pork and gravy, a meatball, spaghetti and ricotta cheese. Locals land 25 off their meal with a valid Nevada license. [EaterWire]

CAESARS PALACE — Rao’s has new appetizers from chef de cuisine Fatimah Madyun. The appetizers rotate on a weekly basis, with a new appetizer being introduced every Wednesday. Look for fried zucchini served with a marinara dipping sauce for $14, panko-crusted fried artichoke hearts served with a marinara dipping sauce for $16, risotto arancini for $19 and seafood dip for $20.
