Yusho throws its next edition of Yusho After Dark on Tuesday night from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. with executive chef Brian Lhee and Roy Ellamar of Sensi at the Bellagio collaborating on dishes.
Lamb hearts, sweetbreads, cod sperm, jellyfish, gizzards and foie gras soft serve are just some of the dishes being served.
An artist will paint to the sounds of DJ Corona.
Admission is $25 per person and gets you two dishes from each chef, a draft cocktail, and passed appetizers.
