You won't find their signature scorpion shot at the fourth incarnation of Nacho Daddy, but you will find their full nacho-centric menu serving local workers at a Spring Valley business center.

Nacho Daddy Paradise occupies 3,654-square-foot at the Valley View Business Center, taking over the former Divine Café, which relocated to the Springs Preserve. Unlike their downtown, Henderson and Summerlin locations, this Daddy is nondescript in appearance and also lacks a bar. Its focus is feeding their hard working neighbors, as reflected in the Monday to Friday schedule and only opening for breakfast and lunch.

They also are serving dishes and gourmet coffee to go, for those not able to sit at one of the fifteen tables inside this compact location.

Still to come for the company, Nacho Daddy number five, readying to debut at the Grand Bazaar Shops on the Strip.
