Desyreé G. Alberganti is out at Art of Flavors after Feb. 28 and says she will dissolve the business.
The chef behind the gelato flavors there writes, "I have to let you know that I will not be part of this business anymore. My last day will be February 28th, unavoidable circumstances have forced me to part ways and dissolve this business. While I feel that I have put every ounces of passion, excitement and hard work, partnerships require more than that. I have no words to express my gratitude to all of you. I did not invest one dollar for marketing: it was all YOU. I have had a really bad days, all it took to change that and get inspired was seeing your FACES at my store. It is sureal experience. But I am far from done: I will take a break with my family and I will come BACK,BiGGER and BETTER than ever before. Please enjoy me this week, so you can enjoy Art of flavors as yo know it. I will be no longer associated in any way to this store after February 28th. Thank you all for supporting me all this time. I LOVE YOU ALL."
