The "Ninth Island" spirit of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue will soon be served at a dozen Las Vegas locations when their next branch debuts across the parking lot from the Las Vegas Premium Outlets South. The yet to be announced 1,702-square-foot project will take over a former Verizon Wireless store and reside a few steps from a Five Guys Burgers & Fries.
The L&L franchise is best known for its Asian- and Hawaiian-fusion style lunches, comprising a main dish, rice and macaroni salad. Other favorites include Loco Moco, chicken katsu and dishes with the option of adding their ever popular grilled Spam. With a total of more than 200 locations for the company, locally the brand now circles the city, from Henderson to North Las Vegas, with an on-Strip presence now looking inevitable.
