Florida-based Le Macaron will bring a French corner to the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian. Their under construction, 1,385-square-foot space was formerly occupied by Bling of Bogatti and will arrive with coffee, croissants, pain au chocolat, gelato, chocolates and their signature macarons.
The advantageous location overlooks the gondolas and singing gondoliers passing by their window as they travel down the resort's interior canal.
The company's gluten-free macarons each contain 80 calories and come in 20 flavors, including rose petals, lavender white chocolate, orange chocolate Grand Marnier and candied ginger.
A second Le Macaron is scheduled for Henderson's Galleria at Sunset mall, plus two more unidentified Las Vegas locations.
Created in 2006 by Provence raised Rosalie Guillem and her daughter, Audrey Guillem Saba, the concept operates 18 branches, most in Florida, and has nine more set to debut within the year.
No arrival timetable for any of the four Las Vegas stores has been released.
