Truffles N Bacon Cafe is ready to debut its new 7,194-square-foot space three miles down the road from the original. The restaurant from chef Jackie Lim reopens with a menu based around the "delicate and decadent truffle with the savory accessibility of bacon." Try the "TNB Signature Burger" created with "a condiment trifecta of Jackie’s specialty Bacon Jam, topped with crispy Mac N' Cheese, Sriracha ketchup, all in a brioche bun and served with truffle fries." The menu also offers soups, salads and bruschetta and desserts like French toasted bread pudding. While Saturday marks opening day, Lim says the menu will be limited until "we have fully settled into our new home."
