Go on a Beer Scavenger Hunt with This Walk Around Dinner

Mandalay Bay and Delano team up with Lagunitas Brewing Co. for what the resorts are calling a “Walk-uh-Round Beer Dinner” on Thursday, Feb. 26, at 6 p.m.

Director of food and beverage and Nevada’s first female cicerone Sarah Johnson and brewery representative Ron Lindenbusch host this traveling dinner that starts at Fleur by Hubert Keller. Black risotto with grilled octopus, hangover sliders and more are paired there with two Lagunitas beers.

Guests then move on to Eyecandy Sound Lounge for a taco buffet paired with Lagunitas IPA & Lagunitas Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Ale. The All Togethers, a Las Vegas jazz band, provide entertainment. Then it’s off to miX Restaurant & Lounge for a dessert and cheese buffet paired with Lagunitas Gnarly Wine & Lagunitas High West-Ified Imperial Coffee Stout.
