The pizza trend shows no signs of waning in Las Vegas, and now a new entrant is ready to hit the market.
Pizza Forte from the Ferraro family of Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar fame plans two locations opening this spring. Sunset Station’s food court and the casino at Hard Rock Hotel will become home to the two new location.
The menu plans to feature Roman-style pizzas by the slice as well as whole pies. Three varieties of Hofmann hot dogs in 100 percent beef, pork-and-beef and pork-and-veal and house-made meatballs, fountain drinks and Italian sodas also make the menu. The Hard Rock location will also offer beer and wine. Both locations will feature to-go items, hotel room delivery and on-premises seating.
