Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Downtown Summerlin now serves a weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Executive chef Mark Andlebradt serves smoked salmon on a toasted bagel with chive cream cheese, tomato, onion and capers; a warm croissant with gruyere, prosciutto, over easy eggs, field greens; a goat cheese omelette with oven-roasted tomato, herbs and field greens; grilled flat iron steak and eggs with Bearnaise sauce and Tuscan potatoes; and more. Cold pressed juices, orange or grapefruit and an acai berry smoothie highlight the drinks menu. Note, everyone 21 and older can get a complimentary mimosa with brunch.
